Energy management – complex services focusing on energy management and administration
Energy management is based mostly on the following:
- optimized energy supplies with regards to the price and safety - supply reliability,
- continuous reduction of energy demands and requirements;
- optimization of maintenance and repair cost;
- operation of energy devices while minimizing breakdowns and interruptions.
Energy management must ensure the actual management of energy pursuant to valid legal regulations. It is a long-term process focusing on optimizing energy consumption (maximum energy savings at the lowest possible cost) and on the supply of the necessary amount ofenergy for the lowest possible price and complying with the necessary quality and delivery time schedules. The task of the energy management is to plan development of the energy management and administration as well as economical operations. This requires professional organizational skills and coordination of large number of employees involved in the entire energy process focusing to achieve the required goals. The most important law specifying energy management is Act No. 458/2000 Coll., (the Energy Law) and the relevant implementation Directive as well as the decision issued by the Energy Regulatory Offi ce.
Scope of activities provided by the energy management
- preparation, organization, negotiation and administration of contractual relations and relevant commodities with the emphasis on price and the quality;

- planning, prediction and estimation of energy consumption for the next period, with the intention to optimize yearly, quarterly or monthly consumptions and negotiating the estimated consumption with the company management and suppliers;
- recordkeeping and reporting focusing on suppliers of energies and relevant commodities and negotiating delivery rules with suppliers;
- readouts from energy consumption measuring devices and regular inspection of supplier invoices and documents describing the sale of energies to third parties;
- permanent and regular evaluation of energy supplies versus consumptions;
- operation of energy equipment and management of operational employees, maintenance, analysis and optimizing operation of the energy management;
- providing outputs necessary for the company management in a form of applicable reports;
